I purchased the pressing book a few weeks after I bought the handstand book, which I loved. I knew I’d get round to wanting to press eventually! There is such a wealth of information with drills, mini flows, a full flow…. all beautifully illustrated and explained by Steph. I like the way it’s divided into sections (warm ups, drills, restoration etc), and I like the book format because I can tailor my practice to how I feel and how much time I have available – some drills or mini flow if time is short, or the longer flow (which is fantastic) and more drills when I can. I love also how so much of it integrates with the online classes and workshops, they all really complement each other and a combination of these is having such a big impact on my progress. Handstands and pressing are a journey, and this is a such a gorgeous resource that I know I will continue refer to as a source of information and inspiration for a long time to come.
