    This book is perfect for those that want to start yoga & know nothing about it! I’ve wanted to start/do yoga for awhile, so, I started to follow random people on Instagram, YouTube tutorials, etc., but this book goes so much more in depth. Steph explains everything in detail; what you should be feeling when doing yoga, what your body/mind/breathing should sound/feel like, the correct & incorrect way, & WHY you are doing these exercises/poses to better your body, mind, & yoga flow altogether. I’m a self teacher & don’t have time to go to an actual class, so, this book allows me to learn & practice yoga at home on my own time & at my own pace.

    I’ve been practicing yoga for years and never found a practice I could follow, person who spoke to my soul, or tools that really helped me build my own practice. I’ve learned a lot and always do my own versions but haven’t felt confident in knowing what I was doing, if it was proper, or why I wanted it so deeply to be part of my lifestyle. I just kept doing it, feeling like I was fumbling. Then I found Steph on Instagram and started following the videos while at the gym. Started practicing the micro movements and really learning HOW to do movements, how to combine them so there’s a real flow and feeling strong and confident that there’s room to grow. I am going definitely going to use this book as a tool to help me build my yoga practice, my mental clarity and confidence, and my spiritual connection to it all. Thank you 🙏
