    I am so happy with this purchase! I have been doing yoga on my own for a few months now, but wanted an all-encompassing resource to take my practice to the next level. The price tag was a hard pill to swallow for a low income earner, however, it has been SO WORTH IT. Steph’s book is so thick and full of exactly what I wanted- easy to read pose instructions with cues and modifications, INCLUDING sun salutations and her flows are amazing. I have been following a different flow every day, and 90 minutes just flies by on my mat! So enjoyable and lengthy, unlike other “flows” that are a couple poses long! I really really recommend this book to anyone- casual yogis or people like me who really want to LEARN as much as they can without shelling out tons of money for expensive classes. Whew, THIS turned into a book itself but I really am so pleased with this purchase, I went back and forth for a while but I will definitely not hesitate once her new books come out/I am at that inversion level! Oh and the pictures/quality is beautiful too! But I consider that an added bonus to the wonderful content!

    I’m so glad to have this guide and wish I had it when I first started yoga. It seems like you have to go to a 200 YTT to obtain in-depth, pose by pose knowledge about the mechanics and breakdown of a yoga practice, but this book remedies that. It is user friendly, even providing instructions on how you should utilize the guide to create your own practice.

    This book provides you the gift of the in-between, to not only delve deeper into your practice, but to also build the muscular support system to move safely through your practice. Steph does an amazing job of providing detailed descriptions and graphics to help you understand better understand your anatomy, body placement, and terminology. The book also has a reading list with additional resources for all aspects of yoga, including the philosophical and theoretical components for people who want to delve deeper.
