  1. Natasha Grout ( tashamoves on IG)

In January 2017 I decided I wanted to be able to hold a solid handstand for 10 seconds. An achievable goal I thought, nothing too ambitious. I joined Instagram and participated in some challenges. I practiced a little bit every day and attended a couple of workshops. I discovered Steph on instagram quite early on, and completed the #heartsoverhands challenge. It was in April, 3 months in, that i decided to buy this book. Within a few hours of reading and applying the hand and shoulder position drills and technique, I held the most solid handstand I had achieved to that point. So within a few hours I already had amazing value! I’m now 7 months into my handstand journey and I still refer to the drills and flows in this book frequently, it’s gorgeous just to leaf through, and as my understanding of handstands improves, it helps to go back over the basics to remind myself and reinforce good form. I’ve started working more with the handstand pressing book now, as I have a new goal! Handstand press by the end of 2017! Thanks Steph 🙂
