Dr. Ben House and Stevi Góngora are excited to announce their only combined 2024 event for clients and friends - old or new! Held at the family-owned Flō Retreat Center in Uvita, Costa Rica, there are two distinct rooming options for our combined yoga and strength retreat . Join us to to unplug and reconnect to the natural world in good company! Lodging and meals are included for the full experience of connection and adventure.

Cost:

$1700 per person ($500 deposit, $1200 balance)

• SHARED LODGING - 3-4 people per room, individual twin beds
• DOUBLE LODGING - 2 people per room, shared queen bed

*NOT INCLUDED: Round trip airfare (to/from SJO), transport to Flō (affordable shuttles offered), snacks, optional excursions

We understand that life happens and things change. At the same time, we are a small business, and there are limited spots available for these events. We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance in case of any emergency change of plans, and are happy to answer any other questions that you might have!
