The reason that we don’t typically offer refunds is that we do not sell the book through iBooks/Kindle or another app like that. So if you purchase the book, we have no way of taking the file back (i.e. returning the product). Not working through something like iBooks/Kindle allows us to offer a better price since they take a very large margin.
The download instructions are on the purchase page explaining that after you download it, it must be saved. If you’re downloading on the computer, you can save as a PDF. Since you receive two links when you purchase (one on the purchase page and another through email), you also have the ability to download it again. Most people choose to do one of these downloads on a tablet or phone.
If downloading on a tablet or phone (wifi recommended as it’s a large file), once it downloads, you need to either click the option to “save to” “open in” or “copy to” iBooks/Kindle. Depending on your device, it will be one of these three options and they might be at the top/bottom of the screen OR you might need to click on the downloaded file itself.
